Hygroscopic and sweat wicking agent yh069 is a multifunctional fabric finishing agent with hygroscopic and sweat wicking, antistatic, easy decontamination and other functions. It is suitable for dyeing and finishing of polyester, polyester blend, nylon, acetate and spandex fabrics. Through the water dispersible polyester and synthetic fiber water repellent layer connection technology, the synthetic fiber is modified, and the washing resistance rating can reach grade 4, which makes the synthetic fiber and its blended fabric have some basic characteristics of natural fiber and endows the synthetic fiber with good functions. It can endow the fabric with various functional characteristics, increase the added value of the fabric, and create a more comfortable and tidy living environment for people.

Product features:

Usage method:

Suitable for dip rolling and dipping processes, the recommended formula is as follows:

1. Dip rolling method:

Hygroscopic Perspirant yh069 20-60g/l

Glacial acetic acid (98%) 0.5g/l

Rolling liquid rate 70-100%

2. Immersion method:

Hygroscopic Perspirant yh069 3-5% (o.w.f)

PH  4-5

Disperse dye x%

When the impregnation process is adopted, the hygroscopic and sweat wicking agent yh069 shall be added at room temperature before the dye, and the temperature shall be raised for dyeing after running for 5 minutes

Packaging and storage:

In 125kg plastic barrels, lined with transparent plastic bags. Store in a cool place away from light to avoid heat exposure. Cover it in time after opening to avoid deterioration and failure.
