Polyester leveling agent yh036 is suitable for textile and printing and dyeing industries. It is used for high-temperature dark dyeing of polyester and high-temperature light color dyeing that requires warm colors, as well as fast dyeing process. It has super retarding property, can control the dye uptake at the initial stage of dyeing, and give full play to the excellent level dyeing effect.

Product features:

1. It has strong retarding property, can control the dye uptake at the initial stage of dyeing, and give play to excellent level dyeing effect.

2. Soluble in water and general organic solvents, it has excellent dye dispersion, initial retardation and synchronous dye uptake.

3. In the textile and printing and dyeing industries, it is used as a high-temperature and high-pressure dispersion leveling agent for polyester fiber, suitable for rapid dyeing process.

4. It can maintain the dyeing bath under acid conditions, and effectively avoid the color deviation of the cloth caused by the hydrolysis of sensitive dyes.

5. It does not contain solvent and carrier components, which helps to improve the working environment. It is suitable for high-temperature dark dyeing of polyester and high-temperature light dyeing requiring warm colors.

Application process:

This product is used for high temperature dyeing of polyester fabric, which can be carried out according to the conventional process.

Dosage: 0.5~1g/l

Bath ratio: 1:10

Dyeing temperature: 130 ~ 140 ℃

Holding time: 30~90min

Packaging and storage:

50kg or 125kg plastic barrels are packed in plastic bags, which should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage period is 6 months. This product is an environmental protection product, non hazardous, and can be safely transported.
