Product Description:
Wool leveling agent yh027 is a product used for dyeing protein fiber fabrics such as nylon and wool with acid dyes. It has good level dyeing effect.
Product properties:

PH value: 3 ~ 6
Solubility: soluble in water
Product features:
1. Suitable for dyeing wool with acid dyes;
2. Reduce the dye uptake rate;
3. Increase the migration of dyes;
4. Will not affect the dye fastness or fabric feel;
5. Auxiliaries have good affinity for dyes and fibers, which can improve the levelness of dyes and the color difference caused by the yarn itself;
6. Improve the dye penetrability, so that the color on the surface of wool fabric is consistent with the color inside the fiber.
Usage method:
The fabric was pretreated for 5min in a 40 ℃ dyeing bath with leveling agent and all auxiliaries, and then the dye was added to heat up to boiling. Its usage depends on the amount of dye, bath ratio, pH value and the amount of dyed fabric.
Acid dyes:
Dye solution is heated to 40 ℃ and added
0.5-2.0% acetic acid (60%)
0-10% mirabilite
1.0-3.0% goon-306 add the dye after about ten minutes, and the dyeing and finishing are normal
Packaging and storage
Packed in 125kg plastic drums. Store in a cool place away from light to avoid heat exposure. Cover it in time after opening to avoid deterioration and failure.
