Product description：
Nylon antistatic agent yh065 is a quaternary amine salt compound, which is used for antistatic finishing of polyester, acrylic, nylon, vinylon and other synthetic fiber fabrics. The treated fiber surface has good hygroscopic conductivity, and has little effect on color light and color fastness.

Usage and dosage：
Taking polyester antistatic finishing as an example：
Impregnation method: antistatic agent 1.0-2.0% (o.w.f.); Bath ratio 1:10, room temperature immersion for 15-20min → dehydration → drying → shaping (190 ℃ *30sec)
Dip rolling method: antistatic agent 15-30g/l; Dip rolling working fluid (70-80% of rolling residue) → drying → setting (190 ℃ *30sec)
Packing:
50 kg / barrel, 125 kg / barrel, 200 kg / barrel; The product shall be stored at normal temperature with a shelf life of 12 months.
